Facebook utilises data from third-party websites in addition to information about your behaviour on Facebook and its connected products, such as Instagram, to target you with advertisements. With the launch of a new tool, Facebook is now allowing users to see precisely which third-party applications and websites share their data with Facebook. A toggle is also provided in the tool to turn this off. To use the new function, go to Facebook.com's top right corner, tap the down-pointing arrow, and choose settings.
